Please select Mother’s Day Collection for Mother’s Day Delivery (6th May 2022 - 9th May 2022).
Kindly take note that due to large volume of orders to be delivered during Mother's Day period, we will not be able to accommodate to specific delivery time/time frame. Deliveries will be arranged by batch and according to driver's route.
All orders will be delivered between
9am-5pm (For Office Delivery) & 9am-8pm (For Residential Delivery).
If special arrangement is required, please contact us prior to order.

Please note that certain flowers and fillings may be substitutes and therefore limited enough. The Florist Story reserves the right to replace product components with equivalent products with higher prices.

Packaging, bears, cakes, decorations, packaging/vases and fillings may vary.THE FLORIST STORY reserves the right to replace any items with items of the same value according to the season and inventory situation.

The Florist Story accepts all orders, and payment processing does not mean that THE Florist Story accepts orders. We reserve the right to reject any order without giving any reason at our absolute discretion. All orders you make are affected by inventory conditions. Timed delivery is not available.
Our current flower delivery time is from Monday to Sunday
Although our team will make every effort to ensure timely delivery for our customers, we are not responsible for any late delivery due to any circumstances that affect the availability of the postal service we use or any other factors beyond our control.
We can deliver to any address in the designated area, but not to the post office box.
We reserve the right to use other delivery methods at our own discretion without notice.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the consignee is at the delivery address when receiving the goods. If the flowers have been correctly delivered to the delivery address as specified by the customer, no refund will be given. If you reschedule or reschedule the delivery in accordance with the recipient or your requirements, a re-delivery fee will be charged.
Adverse weather conditions
Under adverse weather conditions (including heavy rain and flooding), our delivery partners may not be able to deliver on time. This is beyond our control, and we are not responsible for delayed delivery of orders. Therefore, if the weather is bad, we will not be able to refund or re-deliver the affected orders.
Personal information of customers and recipients
In order to ensure that we can effectively communicate with customers and recipients, it is very important to provide accurate personal information.
Important notice-some flowers and species with specific colors are seasonal. If the displayed flowers and colors are not available, Flover will replace flowers of equal or higher value.
If the bracket is out of stock, we will replace the bracket with another color/shape.
Packaging, bears, cakes, decorations, packaging/vases and fillings may vary. Reserve the right of "Flower Shop Story" to replace any items with items of the same value according to the season and inventory situation.
The price of each order in the subscription is the price when the subscription was created. We reserve the right to decide on our own.
Refund and return policy
Please understand that due to the perishable nature of flowers, we cannot accept returns and cancellations.
For all cancelled orders, we will only refund 50%. placing the order means agreeing to the rule.
For late night orders (10pm to 5pm), we will double the customer fee. The customer should transfer the charger so that we can arrange delivery.
